Education To All
Education in its broadest, general sense is the means through which the aims and habits of a group of people lives on from one generation to the next. It is the right of each and every child born on earth. The purpose of education is to develop positive changes, Spiritual thinking and understanding of the Society in a child. The following are the responsibilities we undertake.....
- Teaching poor children in slums daily free of cost.
- Selecting bright students and admitting them to good schools.
- Providing computer education to the children and their parents .
- Organizing extracurricular activities like painting, singing etc.
- Rewarding meritorious students on the basis of regular tests.
- Education beyond textbook is given to kids by means of quizzes, puzzles, drawing classes, moral stories and inspiring videos. A few employees of Tata Steel have together donated a laptop to Sankalp to promote interactive learning.
- Giving proper access to library for the kids so that they can make best use of learning resources. Sankalp now has a fully functional library setup with the help of a few employees of Tata Steel.
- Students have been admitted in 4 different schools namely.
