Conveyor
The Conveyor will keep Sankalp Family in touch with it's President and Members/Volunteers. The following are the responsibilities of the Conveyor :
- Inter-team communication.
- Arranging meetings
- Notice at SVG, Whatsapp (Sankalp Notice Group). No personal phone calls should be made regarding conveying information to volunteers.
- Maintain a monthly work profile (excel sheet) of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year volunteers and handover this to the President.
