Sankalp Team

To ensure smooth functioning of the entire organization, all the members of Sankalp form part of the various teams in Sankalp. The duties that they carry out members of these teams are over and above the duty of teaching kids. Each volunteer of Sankalp has to undergo a session on "Teaching Methods and Practices as a Sankalp Volunteer" to get a good idea about the entire structural organisation of Sankalp. Volunteers also need to report all their work to their respective immediate seniors. A work-profile of each volunteer is maintained which is used to retain only active members in Sankalp.

Each team in Sankalp has a well defined task-list which functions according to the tasks mentioned in it. There is also an academic calendar for each session that needs to be followed strictly.
